The HazMobile is a big box truck and has the logo painted in bright colors. City sanitation trucks provide an extra pickup in these areas at no charge.Īdditionally, The Martin County HazMobile is parked in the vicinity of the participating neighborhoods, referred to as the “host location on the map” for these residents to drop off household hazardous waste such as paints, oils, cleaners, etc. Only residents of the specified neighborhoods can place bulk items at the curb, such as appliances and furniture, miscellaneous trash, and yard waste. See map below for participating areas and all 2022 dates. From 8 am-11 am on the 2nd Saturday, the City holds a neighborhood cleanup for a few designated residential neighborhoods every other month.
